Frequently Asked Questions

Not all yards work well with a robotic mower. During our free lawn evaluation service we will qualify your yard to make sure it will be a good fit for you.

Spokane Power Tool handles the professional installation for you. We offer a complete solution which includes cable burying via a cable laying machine for the best results.

Prices vary depending on the size of your lawn. We carry models ranging from .2 acres all the way up to 1.25 acres.

One of our most commonly asked questions is what happens with dog poo. Well, the same thing that would happen if you mowed over it with a tradition mower.  But since a regular mower has a large rotating metal blade which is creating lift it creates much more of a mess than the little swing away blades of the robotic mowers.

The short answer is yes.  But we’ve had customers perform their own installations which did not turn out great which causes the mower to have issues. If you do want to perform your own installation we would like to help with as much information as possible to make sure you are happy with the final outcome.

Most models can handle around a 22-24 degree angle.  There is also a new Husqvarna model that can handle up to a 35 degree angle for extra hilly locations.
